WHERE ARE OUR SALTS SOURCED FROM?
SIMPLi’s salts hail from ponds fed by natural spring water in the protected Sacred Valley of the Incas in the Peruvian Andes Mountains. They are harvested by Yolanda Acurio Mendoza, who runs the Comunidad Salinera de Maras, a co-op of women fighting the exploitative nature of the unregulated salt market in Peru.
