SIMPLi started in 2020 by native Peruvian Sarela Herrada and her husband Matt Cohen, aligned by their love of food and travel. Sarela’s deep roots in South American foodways and culture and a joint mission to simplify food supply chains created the foundation of SIMPLi. Now, we’re a global food company tapping into regenerative organic agriculture to deliver the best pantry staples in the world.
