SIMPLi PINK SALT

Our artisanal Peruvian salt is sourced directly from a woman-owned cooperative high in the Sacred Valley of Peru. With its pure, tangy flavor and blush color, our pink salt is harvested by hand from the Andes using traditional methods from the centuries-old salt mines of Maras.

Hand-harvesting makes sure this essential pink-hued favorite retains its superior mineral content (calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and potassium). Texture-wise, it’s between fine kosher salt and a crunchy finishing salt, so it’s incredibly versatile for any dish.
