I've never had lupini beans until I tried the ones by Simpli. They were simpli good! Very appreciative of the fact these are heirloom, organic, and compostable packaging. Much better for the environment and for me which was a win/win. Recommend!

These were great quality. I had also never heard of lupini beans so it was fun to try something new. However, I prefer canned beans. I rarely have the forethought to make sure dry beans are ready to cook with and often don't cook them right so they are too crunchy. This product was also a but too pricey for me to buy again.

I tried the lupini beans and they were delicious. They were more difficult to make than i was expecting and I could not find any recipes online to use them in.

I tried the Lupini beans for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by how mild in taste they were. The nutrition profile is highly satisfying, and though they don't have much taste on their own, they pair nicely in pasta and soup. I was not prepared for how time consuming these are to rehydrate and then cook. I followed the package instructions but felt it still needed extra boiling time and much attention. Although the package yields many beans, I'm not used to so much maintenance to prepare the ingredient. Fun to try but likely wouldn't spend the time making again.

The beans weee delicious however I am not sure that the price of the bag for the amount that you receive is worth it in my opinion. They are just beans and it is difficult to justify purchasing again even if they are regenerative especially with how expensive everything else is these days.
