SIMPLi x Strava: Moved By Motherhood
Motherhood involves constant movement, even if it rarely looks like what we’ve been taught to recognize as exercise. It shows up in stroller walks that double as errands and in repeated loops around the block to settle a baby. Our collaboration with Strava, the Moved By Motherhood challenge, was created to acknowledge that reality. Not to encourage mothers to add more to their days, but to recognize the effort that’s already there and offer support in a way that feels useful, not performative.
Why SIMPLi and STRAVA Came Together
STRAVA has long recognized that movement doesn’t only happen in races or formal workouts. We approache nourishment the same way, through food that supports people who are already showing up every day, without asking them to overhaul their lives.
This partnership is rooted in that shared understanding.
Movement takes effort. Food is how you sustain it.
We make simple, nutrient-dense pantry staples designed for real life and real families. In this collaboration, our role isn’t to motivate or push. It’s to acknowledge the consistency that already exists and offer something practical in return.
Support, Not Incentives
Participants who complete the Moved By Motherhood challenge receive a free SIMPLi item to redeem at the grocery store. It’s simply a way of saying thank you for the effort it takes to show up consistently, even when no one is watching.
In addition, one challenge completer will be selected to receive a Thule running stroller along with a year’s supply of SIMPLi products. The intention behind the grand prize is practicality that makes everyday movement and everyday meals easier to maintain as a family.
Designed With Real Life in Mind
This challenge was built with care and restraint. It respects motherhood as effort, not as an identity to be marketed. SIMPLi isn’t here to redefine movement or ask mothers to do more. We’re here to acknowledge what’s already happening and to say that it matters.

Moved By Motherhood
Mothers move families forward every day through consistency, care, and effort that often goes unnoticed. This challenge is a small pause to recognize that work and offer support where it’s felt most—in real life.
Every walk counts. Every push matters.
