 INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Cook SIMPLi Kidney Beans, Chickpeas, & Gigante Beans according to the package. For best tips and practices on prepping and cooking our dried beans, check out our extensive beans & grains cooking guide!

  2. Once the beans are cooked, drain and set aside to cool.

  3. Dice the bell pepper, English cucumber, and red onion.

  4. In a large bowl, add the cooled beans, diced bell pepper, English cucumber, and red onion. Add the corn and mix further.

  5. Next, add scoops of Atlantic Sea Farms Spicy Gochujang Seaweed Salad and Atlantic Sea Farms Fermented Seaweed Salad. Mix everything until well combined.

  6. Add freshly cracked pepper, SIMPLi Peruvian Herb Salt Blend, a generous glug of SIMPLi Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and feta cheese. Mix again until thoroughly combined. Note – add as much or as little salt depending on your preference.

  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let chill and marinate.

  8. Top with fresh basil before serving – enjoy!
