Pumpkin Quinoa Granola

A delicious fall dessert with just the right balance of sweet & salty, this recipe celebrates all the things we look forward to about autumn as well as our beautiful planet. With each bite (perhaps paired with a steaming mug of cocoa or coffee), this dessert will transport you to a log cabin on a hillside, cozied up by the fire, marveling at the beauty as the leaves change and the wind turns crisp.

Desserts with ingredients that make a healthy impact on the earth? We’ll take a double scoop of that!
