Extra Spicy White Bean Dip

Autumn has officially arrived, which means we’re busy making hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, and party snacks for all those upcoming holiday gatherings and parties. It can be tough to find a shareable dish that everyone likes, which is why SIMPLi and Yellowbird have teamed up to bring you a super creamy, spicy white bean dip with SIMPLi Regenerative Organic Certified Gigante Beans and Yellowbird Sriracha & Habanero Hot Sauce that’s both easy-to-make and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.
Ingredients

3 cups SIMPLi Gigante Beans, cooked

2 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Dash of pepper & SIMPLi Pink Salt

A few drops of Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce

Up to ¼ cup of water, if needed
Instructions

Combine the beans, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice in a food processor.

Process until well blended. If needed, add an additional tablespoon of water for desired consistency.

Transfer to another bowl. Season with SIMPLi salt and SIMPLi olive oil.

Top with a few drops of Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce for an extra spicy kick!
